On Saturday March 13, I had the opportunity to attend another International Lightwave Users Group online meeting, this time we had the opportunity to listen to Daniel Smith a VFX supervisor and stereoscopic expert.
This was a very educational interview specially since 3D has been in my mind for quite sometime, and most recently due to Pixar’s UP and James Cameron Avatar movie.
The interview was almost two hours, I appreciated he was able to show us a few examples (using Lightwave 3D v9.6) to further illustrate the concepts he was presenting.
His demo real is impresive to say the least.
